Customer Service Manager (Jakarta)

Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar position
  • Experience in creating a reliable, 24/7 customer service system
  • Excellent administration skills to keep track of all cases
  • Knows how to LISTEN and handle customers properly, as well as present cost and time-effective solutions
  • Great people skills

Branch Manager (Jakarta, Central Java, East Java, Sulawesi)

Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or similar position
  • Experience with Medical Equipments (Alat Kesehatan)
  • Bachelors (S1) degree or higher
  • Great LEADERSHIP skills
  • Able to work under high pressure

Product Manager (Consumables, Disposables, Surgical Instruments, Radiology, Laboratory)

Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar position
  • Experience with Medical Equipments (Alat Kesehatan)
  • Bachelors (S1) degree or higher
  • Have passion in marketing
  • Have good people-skills and confident in salesmanship skill
  • Listen carefully to customers, identify problems, and present reliable solutions quickly and cost-effectively
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Good command of English language
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • CREATIVE in formulating and executing marketing plans

Engineering Manager (Jakarta)

Requirements:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar position
  • Experience with Medical Equipments (Alat Kesehatan) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
  • Bachelors (S1) degree or higher in Engineering or similar fields HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
  • Lead, teach, and build a team of highly-skilled technicians into a reliable customer care team
  • Listen carefully to customers, identify problems, and present reliable solutions quickly and cost-effectively
  • Turn the Engineering division into a profit center for the company
  • GOOD command of English is important!
